Expression Of MIP-1β And LIF In Eutopic Endometrium During Implantation Window In Endometriosis

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the effects of endometriosis on human endometrium receptivity and provide the knowledge for treating endometriosis-induced infertility,MIP-1βand LIF were detected in eutopic endometrium during implantation window.Methods:The endometrium was collected from 15 patients with endometriosis and 15 control patients during the implantation window. Immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expression of MIP-1βand LIF in endometrium.The results were analysed by two -samplet test and correlative analyse.Results:MIP-1βand LIF were expressed in the endometrium during the window of implantation.They were mainly localized in the cytoplasm and membrane of luminal epithelium and glandular epithelium.The results of this study showed that endometrium from patients with endometriosis expressed significantly lower MIP-1βand LIF(P＜0.05). The mean gray scale of MIP-1βin eutopic endometrium during implantation window in endometriosis was 161.09±17.13 and that in the controls was 133.67±18.57.The mean gray scale of LIF between the research subjects and controls was 166.42±19.82 and 127.02±16.71 respectively.There were significant differerces between the two groups. There was positive correlation between the expression of MIP-1βand LIF in the endometrium,The correlation coefficients was 0.722(P＜0.05).CONCLUSION:1.MIP-1βand LIF were expressed in the endometrium during the window of implantation.They may both play important role in embryo implantation.2.The lower expression of MIP-1βand LIF in patients with endometriosis may influences the formation of endometrial receptivity.3.There was positive correlation between the expression of MIP-1βand LIF during the window of implantation.MIP-1βand LIF may control the establishment of endometrial receptivity jointly.
