ObjectiveWe collected and cultured ieucorrhea of vulvovaginal candidiasis (WC) patients and recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis( RVVC) patients and identified which species of Candida of the culture colony,at the same ,we administrated drug susceptibility test,so that we would get valuable information for clinical treatment, improve clinical level of diagnose and treatment and decrease generant rate of WC and RVVC.MethodsWe collected and cultured ieucorrhea of RVVC patients and WC patients with typical symptom by Sabourand' Agar Culture Medium; separated and purified candida;picked out a little of the typical colony and identified species of isolates by ATBExpression machine. At the same time, we made drug susceptibility test of nystain, ketoconazole, clotrimazole, miconazole to Candida with drug susceptibility paper.Results1,108 Candida was isolated in 123 doubtful patients, including 28 strains in RVVC group and 80 strains in WC group. Among 108 strains ,the ratio of Candida albicans was 85.19%(92/108).The ratio of Candida albicans was 71.43%(20/28) in RVVC group and 90%(72/80) in WC group.2,The ratio of non-albicans Candida was 28.57%(8/28) in RVVC group and 10%(8/80) in WC group. The X~2 verification proved that the ratio of non-albicans Candida in RVVC group was singnificantly higher than that in WC group (X~2=4.292 p<0.05), and Candida glabrata was main non-albicans Candida in the two groups.3,Drug susceptibility rate of the Candida to the antifungal agent were nystain99.07%,clotrimazole95.37%,ketoconazole94.44%,miconazole70.37%.Non-albicans Candida had lower sensitivity to the azole than that of Candida albicans, in which drug susceptibility rate of non-albicans Candida to miconazole was lower singnificantly than that of Candida albicans(p<0.01). Conclusion1,Candida albicans was main pathogenic Candida in VVC and RVVC.2,There were more non-albicans Candida in RVVC group than that in VVC group and Candida glabrata was main non- albicans Candida in VVC and RVVC.3,Candida had high sensitivity to nystain, clotrimazole, ketoconazole, but low sensitivity to miconazole in both RVVC and VVC groups, in which the sensitivity of non-albicans Candida to miconazole was lower singniflcantly than that of Candida albicans..
