Objective:(1)To explore the relation between the expression of CK7 and CK19mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with the benign or malignant obstructive jaundice.(2) To explore the relation of the expression of CK7 mRNA and CK19mRNA in the peripheral blood of malignant obstructive jaundice patients.METHODS: Using reverse transcription-poly chain reaction(RT-PCR) detected the peripheral blood of CK7,CK19mRNA fragment in the obstructive jaundice cases,which include 30 cases of malignant (A group)( 13 cases of cholangio- carcinoma,10 cases of pancreatic cancer,2 cases of gallbladder carcinoma,5 cases of duodenal cancer;accounted for43.33%,33.33%,6.67%,16.67%,respectively); and 30 cases of benign obstructive jaundice cases outside (B group),(including 20 cases of cholelithiasis 66.67%,3 cases of biliary stricture 10.00%,3 cases of sclerosing cholangitis accounted for 10.00%, one cases of pancreatic cyst 3.33%,2 cases choledochal cyst accounted for 6.67%,Oddis's sphincter narrow one cases accounted for 3.33%),RESULTS: Group A cases (malignant obstructive jaundice) CK7mRNA positive(+) expression of 22 cases(73.33%),CK19mRNA positive(+) expression in 20 cases (accounted for 66.67%),Group B cases (benign obstructive jaundice) CK7 positive(+) expression in 9 cases (accounted for 30.00%),CK19 positive (+) expression in 8 cases (accounted for 26.67%). In the group A CK7 and CK19mRNA fragment was high expression than the group B. The CK7 and CK19mRNA fragment was no relationship in the group A and B.Conclusion: (1) CK7,CK19mRNA in the peripheral blood high of obstructive jaundice patients level of expression of benign and malignant and significantily related to each other.(2)In patients with malignant obstructive jaundice in the peripheral blood of CK7,CK19mRNA expression was in no correlation at benign or malignant group. Prompt by detecting fluid in the peripheral blood of patients with CK7,CK19mRNA fragment expression should be used as a identification of obstructive jaundice of benign and malignant diagnosis of a new way to how to improve the identification of obstructive jaundice possible.
