To Observe The Effects Of Damp-heated Neonatal Jaundice By Treating With Both Mother And Baby

Objective: to observe the effects of treat with both mother and baby in the treatment of neonatal jaundice of damp-heat brewing internally, Explore the curative effect of the treatment of treat with both mother and baby in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,in order to offer the new thought and new method to cure with neonatal jaundice.Method: The 103 neonatal jaundice sick children who met inclusion criteria were divided into treating group and controling group. Then mother and sick children of the treating group oraled Yinzhihuang granule at the same time(1g,2/day),and mother ate a bland diet,took 4 days as a course of treatment.The controlling group only asked sick children to oraled Yinzhihuang granule, took 4 days as a course of treatment too.Compare the serum bilirubin before and after treatment,and compare the with the number of bowels and suckling in the two groups. When cure them for a course of treatment,evaluated the curative effect.Result: The general or total efficacy rate achieved in treating group were 92 %, which was significantly higher than the control group(68%). After compared with the number of bowels and suckling,the two groups have marked qualitative difference (P<0.05) ,the treating group have an advantage over the controlling one.Discuss the amount of bilirubin that remains between before treated and after treated, the two groups have marked qualitative difference (P <0.05) ,the treating group have an advantage over the controlling one.Conclusion: 1,the curative effect of damp-heated neonatal jaundice by treating with both mother and baby is accurate 2,damp-heated neonatal jaundice by treating with both mother and baby can reduce the serum bilirubin quickly.It also can increase the number of bowels and suckling 3,treat with both mother and baby in the treatment of neonatal jaundice of damp-heat brewing internally can descend the bilirubin in the blood of sick children quickly.It can increase the the number of bowels and suckling of the sick children,have markedness curative effect in clinic. This convenient and efficient method accorded with clinical treatment of Pediatrics of TCM, which can be applied as an external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
