Analysis Of The Perioperative In 86 Patients With Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia â…¢(CINâ…¢)

【Objective】To approach the different therapeutic modality and curative effect of CINⅢthrough analyzing the different pathologic diagnoses and following up between the biopsy and surgery of the 86 cases with CINⅢ.【Materials and methods】Between January 2004 and January 2007,the 86 patients with CINⅢundergoing concentration in Shandong Provincial Hospital were divided into two groups,one group stages 45 cases received conization of cervix,another group stages 41 cases received complete hysterectomy.Analysis clinical pathology diagnosis of patients undergoing different surgical procedures,to compare the pre-and post curative effect and histopathological diagnosis of defferent surgical procedures,and follow up the circumstance of post-treatment,understanding the concentrating and recurrence.【Result】86 cases were diagnosed with CINⅢby biopsy.Of 45 cases who received conization,the surgical pathology was negative in 6 cases,had CINⅢin 36 cases and had invasive cancer in 3 cases,which received meta-general hysterectomy.In 41 cases that received hysterectomy,the surgical pathology was negative in 5 cases,had CINⅢin 32 cases and had invasive cancer in 4 cases,of which one case received radiotherapy and one case received Pelvic Lymph node dissection.Two groups received 2-year follow-up,there was 1 recurrent case with CINⅢwho was treated by conization,receiving meta-general hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection finally. Hysterectomy patients found no recurrence of lesions.Relapse rate compared two groups of patients,the difference was not statistically significant,P＞0.05.【Conclusion】Cervical conization is an accurate diagnosis of cervical lesions and cervical better treatment of CINⅢmethod.Recommendations and requirements for the retention of young patients of reproductive function in patients with CINⅢshould first receive cervical conization,not hysterectomy and then determine the next management according to the pathology of cervical conization.Its' possible to occure again and have residural focus with simply cervical conization.So its' necessary to follow up and find the changes in condition and manage.
