Clinical Studies Of Supplementary Surgical Treatment For High Level Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia (CINâ…¢) Treated By Conization

Objective:The aim of this study was to analyze the postoperative patients with 64 cases of supplemental operation CINIII after cervical cold knife conization and explore the manner of treatment in CINIII after cervical conization. Methods:The pathological data of 64 CINIII patients who had undergone both CKC and supplemental operation were retrospectively reviewed. Result:The pathological result after CKC found:56 cases Pathological level remains the same; 5 cases Pathological level reduce; 3 cases pathological level upgrade. Among the all cases after CKC,49 cases involve the glands; 43 cases had positive margins; 21 cases had negative margins. Complement again after CKC,30 cases with lesions; 34 cases with no lesions. Conclusion:CINIII after conization the positive margins patients should be individualized treatment, in the case of fully informed, weight the advantages and disadvantages, then can take the cervical conization, the different processing methods such as Panhysterectomy. After conization pathology by infiltrating carcinoma should standardized treatment for invasive cancer patients. Those who with negative margins should be closely followed-up.
