| Objective: To observe the effect of two kinds of Lujiao Buxue corpuscle (LBC) with the different refinemental process on the blood-deficient model animals. Methods This model was made in mice by releasing blood. The WBC,RBC,Hb,HCT were counted; The rats were feeded with the fprage in deficient iron and released the blood from the tail to induce the model of different blood, and then the effects of the LBC on serum iron,ferritin and WBC,RBC,Hb,HCT in rats model; The model is made in mice by i.p. accumulate does of 60mg/kg acetylphenylhydrazine and 160mg/kg cyclophosphamidum.The WBC,RBC,Hb and bone marrow nucleated cells were counted the body weights the thymus weights and the spleen weights were measured; The blood-deficient model rats induced by injecting cyclophosphamide and releasing blood were applied. Results LBC could remarkably increase the WBC,RBC,Hb,HCT(P<0.05 or P<0.01); LBC could remarkably increase the level of SI and SF (P<0.05 or P<0.01) and the content of HB,WBC,RBC,HCT(P<0.05 or P<0.01); LBC could remarkably increase the content of Hb,WBC,RBC,HCT (P<0.01) and BMC,RC(P<0.05 or P<0.01); LBC could markedly increase the depth of thymic cortex, the number of cortex cells and the number of spleen lobule lymphocytes of rat models (P<0.05 or P<0.01), LBC could obviously increase the levels of IL-6,EPO (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion LBC is effective to improve the blood-deficient for rats and mice, and there is no significant difference between the two kinds of LBC. |
