Objective:To investigate the Expression and clinical significance of peripheral blood vWF and CD62P in patients with chronic renal failur combined hyperuricemiaMethods:in our hospital in May 2008~December2008 40Patients with chronic renal failur were divided into two groups.A:group of Chronic renal failure combined hyperuricemia(CRF+HUA).B:simple Cronic renal failur(CRF) group,20 cases of normal served as a control group(CO),In the Morning,took 2ml blood in the elbow vein from the patients who was on empty stomach.The plasma percentage levels of CD62P were measured by flow cytometry(FCM),which made in American.;von Willebrand factor(vWF) were measured by ELISA(Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay).The uric acid(UA)was measured by the uricase method.Triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),serum creatinine(Cr)levels were measured by standard clinic biochemistry technique..Then all datas as well as intercommunication were evaluated among three groups.used the spss13.0 statistic software to carry out statistical analysis.Statistic mathods:t test and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:Analysis showed that the serum levels of VWF in patients with CRF combined HUA were higher than those in the health controls (p<0.01),the percentage of CD62P in patients with CRF combined HUA were higher than that in the health group(p<0.01),we can draw a conclusion that the levels of CD62P(R=0.902),VWF(R=0.621),Cr (R=0.162)TG(R=0.025),Tch(R=0.135) had a positive correlation with HUA.Conclusions:It was a significant difference between experiment group and the norm neonatal group;the serum levels of VWF and CD62involved in chronic renal failure Hyperuricemia the pathogenesis of cardiovascular complications,high uric acid can damage kidney function in different ways and for reasonable control of serum uric acid levels,and provide a theoretical basis.
