| Aims:To analysis risk and protective factors which can early predicting the in-hospital motality in the presence of SAP.To analysis risk and protective factors which can early predicting the in-hospital organ failure in the presence of SAP.Methods:Prediction factors for in-hospital motality were evaluated retrospectively from the clinical data obtained from 346 SAP patients of Tianjin Nankai hospital between January 1999 and December 2008,who were treated with intensive care, blood routine, blood biochemical test and even computed tomography on admission. Results:This analysis revealed that serum WBC,Cr,CRP were risk factors while serum albumin was a protective factors for in-hospital motality. The TC was a protective factor when it between 4.37mmol/Land5.23mmol/L;Further analysis showed that elevated CRP appeared to be associated with high mortatily(P<0.05) while elevated ALB associated with improved survival(P<0.05).Elevated TC was associated with reduced mortality, but the mortality rised up again when the concentration of TC was over 5.23mmol/L.Evaluated TC was accompanied by decreased CRP.Conclusions/Infections Renal insufficiency,Inflammatory reaction, hypoalbminemia were prognostic factors for in-hospital motality; Both higher levels of CRP and lower ALB levels were asoociated with SAP in-hospital mortality.Elevated TC properly could resisted Inflammation and adverse survival in patients with SAP,reduced the in-hospital mortality.. |
