Empirical Study About The Best Compatibility Relationship Of Dose Between Agrimonia Pilosa Ledeb. And Prunella Vulgaris L. In Wu Cao Yin

To study the theory and experiment about the best compatibility relationship of dose between Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb.(APL for short) and Prunella vulgaris L.(PVL for short) in Wu Cao Yin which was made according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine basal theory and the clinic and teaching experience of tutor.The mice were divided to seven groups,including three treatment groups(the large dose of APL,the large dose of PVL and the partes aequles) and four control groups.To observe the influence of them on the life quality,the avoirdupois,the malignant tumor control ratio,the content of serum Nitric Oxide(NO)and serum Maleic Dialdehyde(MDA),the avoirdupois and index of thymus gland and spleen,and the pathological changes. The conclusion shows that the large dose of PVL is capable of controlling the growth of tumor.The partes aequles is capable of improving life quality of animals,and improving immune function of animals.The method of tumor inhibitory should be better in dispersing than in astringing.
