| Objective: To explore the anti-tumor effect and mechanism of THCQT S180 tumor-bearing mice. The main study point is the effect of THCQT on the expression of inhibition oncogene P53 and P21,to further improve the mechanism of anti-tumor effects.Method: The S180 tumor-bearing mice model was used to detective the Inhibition tumor rate of THCQT, determine the thymus exponential and spleen exponential;To observe the feature of tumor tissue pathology by HE staining on every groups; The expression of anti-oncogene P53 and P21 were investigated by using method of immunohistochemistry.Results: The THCQT could repress the growth of the tumor and the Inhibition tumor rate was 32.56% ; There was no significant effect on immune organs of tumor-bearing mice and obviously better than the positive control drug; to demonstrate by tumor histopathological change, THCQT had the performance of anti-tumor morphology and could promote apoptosis of tumor cell, inflammatory reaction was obviously in intratumorally and circa-tumor; THCQT group and model group showed the conspicuous difference on the positive expression of P53 and P21,THCQT could reduce the overexpression of mutant P53, up-regulation the expression of P21 in tumour cells.Conclusion: THCQT can regulate the expression of mutant P53 and P21 in tumor tissues, so that it make the tumor cells apoptosis to show the antitumor function. |
