| Objective:To explore the efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing of THCQT in mice bearing S180 tumor cells on chemical therapeutic drug cytoxan and its effect on the expression of Bcl-2 gene and proliferating cell nuclear antigen PCNA.Method:The small rat S180 tumor model was built up to observe anti- tumor result;After the treatment of S180 tumor mice with THCQT and CTX,the THCQT's efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing by calculating the ratio of anti-tumor and q were analyzed.The ratio of MN,the index number of the spleen and thoracic gland were determined;The expression of Bcl-2 and PCNA in tumor cells were examined by method of immunohistochemistry.Results:The THCQT could repress the growth of the tumor and the radio of anti-tumor was 37.18%;The compounds of THCQT and CTX could enhance the anti-tumor effect(q=1.087),the effect of compound's anti-tumor enhanced obviously(the ratio of anti-tumor was 69.08%);THCQT had recovered effect on the decreased WBC and the weigth of the spleen and thoracic gland;THCQT had decreased the ratio of MN applying chemical therapeutic drug cytoxan;THCQT group and model group showed the conspicuous difference in the positive expression of Bcl-2,THCQT could reduce the expression of Bcl-2;THCQT group and model group showed the conspicuous difference in the positive expression of PCNA,THCQT can reduce the expression of PCNA.Conclution:THCQT had the effect of efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing on mice bearing S180 tumor cells which were treated with CTX.THCQT could regulate the expression of Bcl-2 and PCNA in S180 tumor cells and show the anti-tumor function. |
