Research purposes:It’s based on the theories of Chinese medical treatment for Infantile Anorexia and by observing the efficacy of pediatric massage therapy for infantile anorexia, to further explore the differences between efficacy of pediatric massage therapy for the treatment of infantile anorexia and proprietary Chinese medicines to treat the disease, in order to explore the efficacy and significance of pediatric massage therapy for infantile anorexia.Study methods:The clinical observation of cases come from the Beijing Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital pediatric clinic and ward in2011.With a prospective, parallel-group randomized controlled clinical design, and in accordance with "Traditional Chinese Drug Guidelines for clinical research (Trial)" which was promulgated by the State Drug Administration developed in the infantile anorexia in Western diagnostic criteria,79cases of patients randomly were divided into two groups, one is the massage group with46cases given manipulation therapy of children, the other group with32cases of drug control group and control group of children with oral Jianweixiaoshi oral solution. The observation period is6days. The efficacy differences are determined by observing the loss of appetite of children and improvement of food intake and syndromes integral.Results of the Research:1.An object of study data:The data of the observed cases are79cases, of which46cases of pediatric massage therapy group,32cases of drugcontrol group.2.The compared results of baseline before treatment:the massage group and drug group were no significant differences in gender, age, disease duration, average weight, average height, food intakepoints, symptom score (P>0.05), they were comparable.3.The compared results after the treatment:In massage therapy group and drug group therapy, massage therapy group has three recovered cases,22markedly effective cases,20effective cases and2invalid cases. The total response rate was95.7%; clinical recovery of the drug group is1cases, markedly effective is6cases, effective is20cases and invalid is5cases. The total response rate was84.4%, the difference in efficacy between the two groups were statistically analyzed andsignificant (P<0.05). Statistical analysis on two groups of patients before and after treatment, indicating that the pediatric massage therapy and Jianweixiaoshi oral solution are extremely effective for the treatment of infantile anorexia, but massage therapy is superior to pure proprietary Chinese medicine oral treatment of spleen lost health movement safe and effective type of infantile anorexia, it is worth widely promoted in clinical practice. Conclusion:1.The subject is based on ancient and modern medical literature for infantile anorexia and pediatric massage therapy for infantile anorexia, the current clinical research for pediatric massage therapy for infantile anorexia as the background, under the guidance of TCM theory pediatric massage the treatment of infantile anorexia, combined with clinical observations, and select the massage treatment of infantile anorexia study the effect of the study of the efficacy of pediatric massage therapy for infantile anorexia.2.This subject makes full use of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, distinguishment of diseases, in line with the characteristics of research in the field of Chinese medicine, is the essence of Chinese medicine inheritance and play for the study of the efficacy of pediatric, massage therapy is helpful for infantile anorexia.3.It can be concluded form the subject that pediatric massage therapy for infantile anorexia is more effective than the efficacy of the drug group, the statistical analysis a significant difference (P<0.05), infantile anorexia-related symptoms efficacy of pediatric massage for improving significantly, such as complexion, bloating, stool, tired and anxious, and these symptoms can be used as a pediatric massage therapy to meet the symptom clusters.4.Because of the issue of time and funding, the sample size is small, lacks of objective indicators, the study reflected a research ideas, results are only preliminary and can increase the sample size and objective indicators of determination to improve and further confirmed the test.
