The Clinical Study Of Xingding Injection Treatment On Primary Nephrotc Syndrom

Objective:To observe clinical study of Xingdinginjection(puring material of yingxingye) on treating primary nephritic syndrome,to investigate clinical effect of xingdingincjection on treating primary nephritic syndrome.Methods:Clinical study gets both of the spleen and the kidney retention of water in the body adding blocking blood 43cases of PNS,by order of clinic, we divide them randomly,22case for the treat group,21case for the control group,Basing simple therapy,the treat group coupled with xingdinginjection and the control group coupedwith shuxueninginjection,3weeks per course we compare the effect of two groups.Result:(1)The total effective rate of the treat group is 86.3%,the total effective rate of the control group is71.4%.ComParing with the expression of the Chinese traditional medicine of the two groups is significant on statistical analyze.(2)The treat Group is better than the control group on reducing the production of proteinuria,Promoting Albumin,reducing Cholesterol,making coagulative system better,reducing the rate of Patient being ill again there is difference on comparing with the two groups.Conclusion:Xing ding injection coupled with general basic Therapy can promote the clinical expression obviously,reducing the Rate of Patient being ill again.Using drug continually has no side effects,it is worth of clinical practice around.
