The Theory And Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Ovarian Cysts By The Method Of "Fuzheng Guben, Xiaozheng Sanjie"

Ovarian cyst is a kind of benign tumor in gynecological diseases,which is normal in women of childbearing age with an incidence of 15%-20%.In recent years,the incidence of ovarian cysts has increased.No obvious symptoms can be observed in the initial stage of this disease.If the cyst increases,there may be some obvious symptoms such as lower abdomen discomfort,abdominal pain,irregular menstruation,more vaginal discharge. Larger lesions or prolonged course of this disease may affect patients' reproductive function and cause a variety of serious complications;some ovarian cysts can also progress to malignant tumors,which significantly affect patients' health,life quality and their work.In modern medicine, surgical treatment and interventional therapy are used in ovarian cysts in which diameter is larger than 5cm.Traditional Chinese medicine is effective and superior in the conservative treatment.Ovarian cysts are called "Zhengjia" in traditional Chinese medicine. With the help of my advisor,this paper reviews the historical documents and elaborates on the treatment and the understanding of the ancient and modern medical scientist.In my advisor's view,this disease is resulted from the lack of healthy qi and the organ weakness,which leads to the imbalance of the qi, the blood and the fluid and humor and further result in the qi stagnation, static blood,phlegm-retained fluid.Then "Zhengjia" is formed in a long time. So the treatment principle of "Fuzheng Guben,Xiaozheng Sanjie" is established."Li chong sheng sui yin" was established based on this rule.In this clinical research which includes 40 cases of ovarian cysts patients,the treatment group was given "Li chong sheng sui yin" and the control group was given "Gui zhi fu lin wan".The two groups were given three treatments at the same time.The clinical symptoms,signs and the size of the cyst were detected by ultrasound.The results showed that: 1.Comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups:the cure rate of treatment group was 10.00%and the cure rate of the control group was 5.00. Total effective rate is 85.00%I in the treatment group and 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparing the symptoms in Chinese medicine treatment progression: the total improvement rate of the treatment group was 95.00%and the control group was 80.00%.The treatment group was improved more than the control group(P<0.05).To sum up,"Fuzheng Guben,Xiaozheng Sanjie" is an effective therapy in treating ovarian cysts.It can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs.
