Objective: Treat peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncturing Hegu point and exciting Propagated Sensation, and observe the relationship between the degree of Propagated Sensation and the clinical effect, so as to provide clinical support for using Propagated Sensation to treat diseases.Methods: According to the Propagated Sensation degree of Hegu point, 56 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were divided into three groups: Groupâ… , Groupâ…¡,Groupâ…¢. Observe the effect of the three groups, and analyse the data with statistics.Results: The clinical effect of Groupâ…¡and Groupâ…¢is higher than that of Groupâ… .There is a tendency that the clinical effect of Groupâ…¢might be higher than that of Groupâ…¡.Conclusion: The higher the Propagated Sensation degree of Hegu point is ,the better the clinical effect will be.
