"Huanglian Jiangzhi Soup" Coptis Decoction In Treating Hyperlipidemia Lipid-lowering Clinical Study

Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine compound removing dampness Qingre "Huanglian Jiangzhi soup" of hyperlipidemia and safety.Methods A randomized principle, 94 cases of hyperlipidemia were divided into treatment group and the control A group and control group B a total of three groups. 34 cases in which the treatment group, the average age of 49. 51±4.25 years old, the use of lipid-lowering soup Huanglian treatment; 30 cases of control group A, the average age of 50. 63±5. 41 years old, the use of dampness——Huayu Recipe Erchen Tang Jiawei treatment; control B group of30 patients, average age of 51.11±5.76 years old, the use of Western medicine treatment of fluvastatin. A 12-week course of treatment. Before and after treatment of serum TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, C-reactive protein (C-reactive protein, CRP), arterial elasticity indices and blood glucose levels, and to do routine urine, liver and kidney function tests.The results of all subjects after the 12-week course of treatment:①testing found that lipid levels, plasma total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.05), by x2 test among the three groups was no difference in efficacy sex (P> 0.05); but Huanglian Jiangzhi Decoction treatment group the level of plasma triglycerides decreased significantly than that of the control A group and the control B group (P <0. 05).②plasma levels of CRP than those in pre-treatment in varying degrees to reduce, especially in the treatment group and control group B is more obvious, P <0.05.③treatment group and control group B patients with artery elasticity index (C1) was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.05), while the control group A after treatment of patients with artery elasticity index (C1) to raise no significant difference (P> 0.05). Three groups after treatment of small artery elasticity index (C2) than pre-treatment has increased, but no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion Huanglian hyperlipidemia lipid-lowering therapy soup is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation.
