| Objective To evaluate the distribution of viral Hepatitis B in Inner Monogolia Autonomous Region of different areas and different ages people, specially to observe the immunogenicity after implementing injecting Hepatitis B vaccine in a prevalent scale. To understand the distribution of Hepatitis B genetype in Inner Monogolia,to provide data for speculate the infectious trend of viral Hepatitis B in Inner Monogolia. Methods Using multi - stage sampling method,we gathered 4021 share of serum in 1~6,7~16,17~61 age groups in 12 league cities in Inner Monogolia.HBsAg,HBsAb,HBcAb were measured by ELISA test kit. Then we measured HBeAb and HBeAb in HBsAg positive serum. We extracted HBV DNA from 45 share of HBsAg,anti - HBs and HBcAb positive serum, then copy S - part of HBV DNA by PCR test kit,and genotyping the product of PCR.Results HBsAg prevalence rate of total people in Inner Monogolia were 2.71%,which is much lower than the outcome in 1992(6. 35%).HBV prevalence rate of total people were 53.64%,which is obviously higher than the outcome in 1992(37.16%).The major genotype in Inner Monogolia was genotype C according to the gene sequences of 42 share of serum. The genotype B was 1 sample,43 samples were genotype C,genotype D was 2 samples. The prevalence of genetypes B was 2.17%,genotype C was 93.48%and that of genotype D was 4.35%.Conclusions HBsAg prevalence rates of people in different areas in Inner Mongolia was different according to the outcome.Rural area is hepatitis B high - endemic area in Inner Mongolia.HBV prevalence rates of total people in 2008 had increased by that of 1996.Acupuncture and trauma cosmetology are risk factors to Hepatitis B virus infection. There is statistical significance between the HBsAg and HBsAb prevalence rates of two groups of people born before 1992 and after 1992(P<0.01 ).This shows that the effect of the policy that children inject Hepatitis B vaccine in plantful management since 1992 was obvious. There is statistical significance between the HBsAg and HBsAb prevalence rates of two groups of people born before 2002 and after 2002(P<0.01 ).This shows that the effect of the GAVI project in 2002 is obvious. And there are 43 genotype C (93.48%),1 genotype B(2.17%),2 genotype D(4.35%) in 46 shares of serum from people in Inner Mongolia. No other HBV genotypes(such as genotypes A,E,F,G,H) was found. |
