Study On Lifestyles And Its Influential Factors Among Clinical Nursers In The General Hospital Above Two In Level Of Taiyuan

Background:The health situation of nurses has become the main point of the authority of medical adiministration's attention in recent years.《The Report of World's Health in 2002》announced that the risk factor of chronic uninfectious diseases have intimate relationship with the behavious and the lifestyle of people through analysing the relationship between the main risk factor and the suffering disease as well as death.Our study's key point is the lifestyle of health promotion,explore the requirements of female's physical and psychological health.Analyse the influential factors from the aspect of age,working years and the backgrounds of education so as to provide the reference for the development of women's health care.Objective:This study aimed to examine the health lifestyles of clinical nurses and analyze the affecting factors in Taiyuan,so as to provide the scientific basis for the health promotion program of clinical nurses.Method:The research design was a cross-sectional descriptive study. The study was 498 clinical nurses who were practicing at the five hospitals of Taiyan Shanxi Provice. The research instruments in cluded 2 questionaires: Social demographi characteristics of respondents and The lifestyle profile. The lifestyle profile was tested the validity and reliability in this study and results showed that the instruments had good reliability. Data were dealt with by using SSPS(The Statistical Package for Social Sciences) software programme.Results:1.The research results showed that the clinic nurses had a relatively poor health lifestyles with the mean at 4.0469,standard deviation0.1485.The clinic nurses performed best in the hygienic habits, but worst in exercise.2.There were significant differences in health promotion lifestyles between clinical nurses and the standardized mold.3.There were significant differences in health promotion lifestyles between different hospital of different grade.4.There were differences in the various dates of their professional experiences,living conditions,marriaged situation.Conclusion:The research may raise concern about the clinic nurses'health lifestyles for rectifying the weaknesses. Managers of hospital as well as Nursing educators need carefully examine the causes for the low rate of exercise. It is effective to build hospital staff health promotion program aimed at the reasons affected clinical nurses'lifestyles.
