Objective:To observe the effect of Pentazocine for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) in patients' underging operation of gallbladder. Methods:Sixty patients underging operation of gallbladder,ASAâ… -â…¡.Sixty cases were divided randomly into two groups:group P and group F with 30 cases each. The group P and group F were given PCIA after operations.Group P contained Pentazocine 180mg,Ondanosetron 8mg in 100ml physic liquor, and the other was Sodium Chloride.Group F contained Fentanyl 0.8mg,Ondanosetron 8mg in 100ml physic liquor, and the other was Sodium Chloride. The effect of analgesia at 2,4,8,12,24,48 h after operation and the side effects such as nausea, vomiting in the two groups will be recorded. And the satisfactory degree of patients will be recorded at 48 h.Result:The VAS of two groups were similar at rest. The VAS values of group F at 4 and 8 h after operation were significantly higher than those of group P on exertion(all P<0.05),which became similar when at rest. The time required for supplemental bolus in group F was significantly higher than that of group P(P<0.05).The degrees of sedation and the incidences of nausea and vomiting in group F were higher than those of goup P(P<0.05).The satisfactory degree of patients in the two groups were similar.(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pentazocine has satisfactory effects of postoperative analgesia, compared with Fentanyl;the effects of adverse were lower. |
