Objective: To observe the effect of fentanyl with tramadol continuous intravenous injection in postoperative children;to assess its efficacy and safety of sedation and analgesia in postoperative children. Methods: 75 children suffered from elective operation by general anesthesia, aged 1 to 6,weight 8 to 22 kg,the ASA grades I~II were chose in this study. They were divided into three groups.Tramadol Group(Group Q,n=25),0.1 μg/(kg·h)fentanyl with 30μg/(kg·h)tramadol was administered by continuous intravenous injection pump in the 48 hours after the operation;Fentanyl Group(Group F,n=25),0.15μg/(kg·h)fentanyl was administered by continuous intravenous injection pump in the 48 hours after the operation;Control Group(Group C,n=25),50 mg tramadol hydrochloride capsule by oral. After the operation, the vital signs were recorded at nine points as designed.FLACC score was used to assess the postoperative pain.We also take the Ramsay sedation score, the adverse reactions and the children required for analgesic in each period postoperative down.Results:(1)Three groups in height, weight, gender, age, operation time, anesthesia time, grading of surgical incision,,have no statistically difference(P>0.05).(2)To compare between groups: MBP at T1 to T8 in Group F are lower than those in Group C(P<0.05);at T1~T5 and T7 in Group Q lower than those in Group C(P<0.05).The comparison within groups: Compared with T1,the MBP at T9 in Group F and Group Q are higher(P<0.05).(3)The Ramsay sedation score in three groups have no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(4)The FLACC score in Group F and Group Q were significantly lower than those in Group C at T2~T8(P<0.05).(5)The incidence rate of adverse reactions within 72 hours in three groups have no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(6)The requirement of analgesic in Group F(16%)and Group Q(20%)were significantly lower than those in Group C(92%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)fentanyl with tramadol continuous intravenous injection in postoperative children is safe and effective.(2)Compound with tramadol can reduce the dosage of fentanyl. |
