Buqi Method To Reduce Peritonitis In Peritoneal Dialysis Patients The Incidence Of Clinical Research

Objective The purpose of this study through the observation of clinical cases to explore the adoption of Chinese medicine Chinese medicine nursing,law for righteousness Tonifying continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD) in patients with immunity and the impact of nutritional status,in order to reduce the incidence of CAPD patients with peritonitis,as well as improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life provide the basis for the peritoneal dialysis patients with an effective,side effects,the treatment of low-cost way.Method Inclusion criteria would be consistent with the 30 cases of CAPD patients were randomly divided into two groups:①treatment group 16 cases, conventional treatment and care given Buqi soup once a day;②14 cases of the control group,treatment limited to conventional care,but not to Chinese medicine treatment.The two groups are the treatment of 4 months.At 4 months after the two groups were measured before treatment and after treatment of blood analysis,analysis of peritoneal dialysis fluid,bacterial culture, albumin level,T lymphocyte subsets and collect the corresponding time points of clinical symptoms,and to the clinical an overall assessment of commonly used(SGA) for the nutritional classification,the results of the use of SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis of the results,carried out before and after the control and the control group,analysis of the study biochemical changes in and significance of clinical symptoms and improve the situation.Results 1.The treatment group after treatment compared with the control group, the incidence of peritonitis decreased significantly(P＜0.01).2.To improve the symptoms of the treatment group was superior to the control group(P＜0.01).3.SGA nutrition treatment group classification from the 2～3 back to 0～1, malnutrition indicators before and after treatment were statistically significant differences(P＜0.01).4.The treatment group significantly improve the immune function(P＜0.01).Conclusions 1.Buqi method of Chinese medicine are effective in reducing the incidence of CAPD patients with peritonitis.2.Buqi method can improve the Qi-deficiency symptoms in patients with CAPD to improve the state of malnutrition and immune function.
