| Objective:To observe the Effect of Acupunturing "Si Guan Points" for the earlier period hypertension with the Hyperactivity of lier-yang,to previde scientific and rigorous clinic evidence for using acupuncture to treat hypertension at earlier period,in order to extending acupuncture for the community prevention and treatmentl.Methods:120 patients with the Earlier Period Hypertension with the Hyperactivity of Lier-yang Syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,60 patients are the treatment group(regulation of life style and acupuncturing "Si Guan Points" group),the other 60 patients are control group(only regulation of life style).The clinic effct,blood pressure' s change and traditional medicine symptom accumulated points were compared after two months' treatment. The data was dealled with the SPSS13.0 statstics software.Results:1.There is statistic significance defference between two groups' therapeutic effect analyzed by Ridit(P＜0.01),recovery rate(P＜0.01) and total effective rate(P＜0.05),treatment group is better than control group.2.The systolic pressure(SP) and diastolic pressure(DP) of two groups afte treatment were all significantly decreased(P＜0.01),there is statistic significance defference between two groups' DP after treatment(P＜0.01). 3.The traditional medicine symptom accumulated points of two groups afte treatment were all significantly decreased(P＜0.01),here is statistic significance defference between two groups' traditional medicine symptom accumulated points afte treatment(P＜0.01).Conclusion:It can significantly elevate the recovery rate,total effective rate and improve triditional medicine syndrome for the the Earlier Period Hypertension patients with the Hyperactivity of Lier-yang Syndrome treated by combination regulation of life style and acupuncture.So acupuncture has extending ralue in clinic for the prevention and treatment of essential hypertension. |
