Objective:This test is applied the electroencephalogram(Eeg) for observation of acupuncture at the bilateral Nei-Guan point at different periods of time for healthy young people the changes in Eeg,discuss on the effects of acupuncture at the bilateral Nei-Guan point on electroencephalogram(Eeg) and its correlation with time,to provide a basis for clinical treatment of insomnia by acupuncture at the bilateral Nei-Guan point.Methods:Random selection of60healthy young volunteers(21males and39females, ages22-26Years old, average23.67±1.73,have no faintng during acupuncture treatment history,have no smoking and drinking histories). In a quiet, suitable temperature and humidity of the environment, Through the electroencephalogram(Eeg) topography filter for the first time. The participants are divided into two groups. The A group(a Alpha wave crowd advantage)34cases and the B Group(β Beta wave crowd advantage)26cases. Subjects to sitting, two groups of subjects were given acupuncture at the bilateral Nei-Guan point, using the normal technique. Observing the electroencephalogram(Eeg) changes of the A group and B group,and record the value of brain occipital frequency and amplitude in the four point in time:before acupuncture; at time of insertion of needle; retaining the needle for30minutes then removed; After15minutes of acupuncture being removed. Then for statistical analysis. Results:1. Acupuncture Neiguan points in on both sides, alpha brainwaves group A pillow the frequency and amplitude in acupuncture needling comparing with acupuncture before have significant differences(P<0.05).In30minutes with acupuncture needle is significant difference compared with before acupuncture(P<0.05).15minutes after take the needle compared with before acupuncture has significant difference(P<0.05). 2.Acupuncture Neiguan points in on both sides, Group B beta brain wave pillow when the frequency and amplitude in acupuncture needling, acupuncture30minutes and take15minutes after the needle compared with acupuncture before there was no significant difference(P>0.05),The comparison between them has no statistical significance.Conclusions:1.Acupuncture at the bilateral Nei-Guan point in each time all can make the occipital a(alpha)frequency reduced, in the most significant effect of acupuncture for30minutes, after take15minutes after the needle is having some effect.2.Acupuncture at the bilateral Nei-Guan point in each time all can reduced the occipital a(alpha)wave amplitude, in the most significant effect of acupuncture for30minutes, after take15minutes after the needle is having some effect.3.Acupuncture at the bilateral Nei-Guan point in each time period to the occipital β(Beta)waves in the frequency and amplitude effects were not significant.
