| This thesis consists of four chapters.It showed the chemical composition of Dryopteris bodinieri,11 species ferns by head-space solid micro-extraction coupled with GC-MS,analysis of fatty acids in six species ferns by GC-MS and progress in chemical constituents of genus Dryopteris in present years.â… ,The chemical composition of Dryopteris bodinieriEight compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of D. bodinieri,and three from the methanol extract.Eight compounds were identified by spectral data analysis.DB2 was hexadecanoic acid,while DB3 was Octadecanoic acid.DB1,DB4,DB6 and DB-B were terpenoids,DB8 wasβ-steroidal,DB-A was a carbamic acid.â…¡,11 species ferns by head-space solid micro-extraction coupled with GC-MSThe study showed that the chemical composition of the essential oil from ferns of the same genus have a lot of similarities.Nonanal was widely detected in the essential oil from the 11 species ferns.It was the main components of incense in these ferns.Tetradecane,pentadecane, hexadecane and heptadecane were widely detected from the species ferns.Saturated aliphatic hydrocarbons,which play a role in the protection for the plant,is the main ingredient of waxy in the plant. Once formed,it will no longer be involved in metabolism.It is the end product of metabolism.â…¢,Analysis of fatty acids in six species ferns by GC-MS(Z)-9-octadecenoic acid and 9,12-octadecadienoic acid,which were widely found in the fatty acids of the 6 species ferns,were the essential unsaturated fatty acids that human needed.They play a positive role in reducing human blood pressure and lowering serum cholesterol.They are also very important for prevention of coronary arteriosclerosis and formation of thrombus.In this part of the study,a series of polyunsaturated fatty acids that human needed were also detected.For example,(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid and 6,9,12-octadecatrienoic acid are very important for human and animals.â…£,Progress in chemical constituents of genus Dryopteris in present yearsThe perfect pharmacological effects of Dryopteris attracted wide attention from scholars.In recent years,81 phloroglucinol derivatives, 15 terpenoids,10 flavonoids,5 lignans and other type compounds (including stilbene,steroidal and organic acids) were detected from the plants.Phloroglucinol phenols are not only the the main features of the chemical constituents in the plants,but also have a pharmacological activity of the main ingredients. |
