Pathogeny And Pathogenesis Research And Clinical Investigate In The Phlegm-Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Pre-diabetes

Obejective: We analyzed the risk factors relative to Pre-diabetes,on the basis of which we further investigated the pathogenesis and syndrome rules of Pre-diabetes' s PhlegmBlood stasis Syndrome in order to provide a new way of prevention and treatment of Prediabetes. Method: We analyzed the ancient literature pre-diabetes,collected the clinical information of Pre-diabetes patients,used statistical methods such as t-test,chi-square analysis and Logistic regression etc. to analyze the relative risk factors,symptoms,physical signs and syndromes,primarily explored the pathogenesis and syndrome rules with reference to TCM theories. Result: Pre-diabetes formation of risk factors include: (1) obesity, (2) age, (3) diet, (4) bad hobby, (5) diabetes research, in the family, pre-diabetes phlegm stasis highest proportion of 53.2%, investigation, results show that (1) in the elderly, (2)the central obesity, (3) diet hobby, eosinophilic dads scoffing salty,(4) smoking and alcohol use bad hobby, (5) hypocinesia (6)feelingstress,(7)hypertension ,(8) hyperlipemia, are to promote blood stasis sputum pre-diabetes formation of risk factors. Conclusion:Phlegm stasis pre-diabetes is an important factor of pathology, phlegm stasis syndrome is the most main pre-diabetes syndromes. Clinically, be good at discovering pre-diabetes, actively looking for prompt phlegm stasis form risk factors, timely intervention to prevent, control, the onset of diabetes, delaying certificate and other significant change appear.
