Objective: Through the acupuncture of Baihui Point,the skin temperature of Yintang point,Suhuang point and Xingjian point with time was observed by infrared thermal imaging technology,and the effect of acupuncture of Baihui Point on the skin temperature of related points was discussed.Method: 30 healthy subjects,14 males and 16 females,were randomly divided into two groups: clockwise acupuncture group(15 persons)and counter acupuncture group(15 persons).The equipment adopts the digital medical infrared thermal imager(WN Ⅲ 0805 universal type),adjusts the parameters of the infrared thermal imager and keeps it constant.The examinee shall keep a quiet sitting position,expose the examinee’s position,keep a rest state for 40 minutes before acupuncture,and test every 5 minutes.After the skin temperature is stable,start to acupuncture Baihui Point,and collect Yintang point,Suhui point and Xingjian point before,30 seconds after,5 minutes after,10 minutes after,15 seconds after,15 minutes,20 minutes before and after acupuncture,respectively 30 s,5 minutes after the acupuncture,10 minutes after the acupuncture,15 minutes after the acupuncture,20 minutes after the acupuncture,25 minutes after the acupuncture,30 minutes after the acupuncture infrared thermogram,collect data for image analysis,analyze the acupuncture points and observe the changes of skin temperature.Result1.After acupuncture Baihui acupoint along the meridian,the skin temperature of Yintang acupoint changed significantly 15 s after acupuncture,15 min after acupuncture,20 min before acupuncture and before acupuncture(P<0.01),10 min after acupuncture,15 min after acupuncture,20 min after acupuncture,25 min after acupuncture,30 min after acupuncture and before acupuncture(P< 0.05).The skin temperature of acupoint Yintang changed significantly(P < 0.01)30s,5min and 10 min after and before acupuncture.The temperature changes of the clockwise acupuncture group and the counter acupuncture group in each time period were compared.The clockwise acupuncture group had significant changes compared with the counteracupuncture group in 10 minutes(before acupuncture),15 seconds,15 minutes,20 minutes(before acupuncture),30 seconds,5 minutes,10 minutes,15 minutes,20 minutes,25 minutes and 30 minutes(P < 0.05).2.After acupuncture Baihui Point along the meridian,the skin temperature of Suhui point changed significantly(P < 0.01).After acupuncture Baihui Point,the skin temperature of Suhui point changed significantly(P < 0.01)at 30 s,5 min,10 min(before acupuncture),15 s,15 min,20 min(before acupuncture),30 s after acupuncture and before acupuncture(P < 0.05).The temperature changes of the clockwise acupuncture group and the counter acupuncture group in each time period were compared.The clockwise acupuncture group was compared with the counter acupuncture group in the phase of 30 s,5min,10min(before needling),15 s,15min,20min(before needling),30 s,5min,10 min,15min,20 min,25min and 30 min after needling There was significant difference(P < 0.05).3.After acupoint Baihui was punctured along the meridian,the skin temperature of acupoint between the lines changed significantly(P < 0.01)30s after the injection,5 min after the injection,10 min before the injection,15 s after the injection,15 min after the injection,20 min before the injection,30 s after the injection,5 min after the injection,10 min after the injection,15 min after the injection,20 min after the injection,25 min after the injection,30 min after the injection and before the injection.After acupuncture at Baihui Point,the skin temperature of the points between the lines changed significantly(P < 0.01)in 30 s,5min,10min(before),15 s,15min,20min(before),30 s and 5min(after),10 min and before(P < 0.05).The temperature changes of the clockwise acupuncture group were compared with those of the counter acupuncture group in different time periods.The clockwise acupuncture group had significant changes compared with the counter acupuncture group in 30 s,5min,30 s,15min,20 min,30s,5min,10 min,15min,20 min,25min and 30 min after acupuncture(P < 0.05)。Conclusion1.Acupuncture at Baihui Point can make the skin temperature of Yintang point,Suxiang point and Xingjian point change significantly with time.The skin temperature was significantly increased at the time of needling;the skintemperature was decreased at the time of needling in and needling out;the temperature was continuously and steadily increased at different time periods of needle retention;after needling out,the skin temperature kept rising for about 20 minutes,and then kept stable.2.The skin temperature of acupoints in Yintang point,Suhui point and Xingjian point along meridians acupuncture group and counter meridians acupuncture group had significant changes in each time stage.The skin temperature of acupoints in the along meridians acupuncture group increased faster than that in the counter meridians acupuncture group.3.The acupuncture effect produced by acupuncture along and against meridians affects the skin temperature of Du meridian points and the intersection of liver meridian points at the summit.
