The Effects Of Huatan Huoxue Fang (HHF) On The Atherosclerotic Inflammation And The Inflammatory Factor

【Objective】:According to TCM,cervical syndrome belongs to the category of"bi-syndrome","flaccidity-syndrome","dizziness" and "stiffness of neck"which pathogenesis are Taiyang channel obstruction,imbalance between ying-energy and wei-energy, stagnated Qi and blood stasis,deficiency of Qi and blood resulted by wind,cold,damp,or overstrain.Proved by long-term practice of TCM,acupuncture and moxibustion is effective method in treating cervical syndrome.Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy(CSM) is a common disease based on cervical spaine disks protrusion and with the clinical manifestation of nervous system.CSM is the most frequent style in cervical syndrome As the progress and development of modern society,and the changing of life pattern,the incidence rate of CSM has increased in recent yeaxs.Besides,the age of onset of this illness has been yonger than before.CSM has become one of serve diseases which threatens people with health andliving quality. Therefore,more study on CSM and to find the effective way of treatment are very meaningful.Based on my tutor's long-teen clinical pra-ctice,modern research and systematic review of literature,we adopted therapeutic method of acupuncture, moxibustion and Point-Injection with other points according to different symptoms and signs.It' s purpose is to research the physio-mechanisms of effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapeutics,furthermore to discuss the effective assessment indexes of traditional Chinese madicine in treating CSM.【Methods】:Study was performed on 60 patients with CSM,which was proved by symptoms,indexes of body and relation examines,who was from in-patient departments of acupuncture and moxibustion of HuBei hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and was randomly divided into two groups:the treating group,which was composed of 30 patients who were treated by acupuncture,moxibustion and Point-Injection;the control group,which was composed of 30 patients who were treated by only acupuncture and moxibustion. Observing respective symptoms,indexes of body,rate of recrudescence,to compare the clinic effects of two groups.【Result】:(1) Compared with before and after treating,there were very significant differences on scoring(P＜0.01);It declares that the treating group may most significantly improve symptoms,indexes of body.(2) Compared with before and after treating,there were very significant differences on scoring(P＜0.05);It declares that the treating group may significantly improve symptoms,indexes of body. (3) Compared the after treating of the two groups,there were most significant differences on scoring,It declares that the treating group was superior to the control group.(4) Compared the rate of improving of the two groups,there were significant differences,It declares that the treating group was superior to the control group.(5) After treating,the treating group' s recrudescent rate was 7.14%on the third month,and that of the control group was 38.5%%.There were significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.05);on the sixth month,the recrudescent rate of the treating group was14.3%%,but the control group was 53.9%,there were also significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.05).【Conclusion】:There were better effects on the treating CSM' s means of combining acupuncture,moxibustion with Point-Injection which can significantly improve relation symptoms,indexes of body,rate of recrudescence,and which is superior to that of combining only acupuncture with moxibustion at the aspect of close and forwad' s effecs.It shoud be accepted and shoud be worth applying further in practic.
