The Value Of RGU, MRU And CT In Diagnosis Of UPJO

Objectives:To compare the diagnostic value of RGU,MRU and CT for UPJO,and direct the patients optimize the examination before the operation.Methods:Retrospective analyzed 136 patients with UPJO from January 2006 to October 2008, 55 cases were examed by RGU,51 cases were examed by MRU,and 70 cases were examed by CT.Compared the differences in coincidence of localization diagnosis of these examinations.Results:All patients were performed the operation.Cases of localization diagnosis of RGU, MRU,and CT are 49,41 and 28,respectively.The coincidences of localization diagnosis of them are 89.09%,80.39%,and 40.00%,respectively.Compared RGU and MRU,P＞0.05.Compared CT and the other two examinations,P＜0.05.Conclusion:1.RGU and MRU have higher coincidence of diagnosis for UPJO than CT,and can be the means to make a definite diagnosis for UPJO.2.CT have lower coincidence of diagnosis for UPJO,and can only provide some reference,and be not considered as a common examination for UPJO.
