The Method Of ShuganGongduHuayu Treatment On Middle-late Primary Liver Cancer

ObjectiveTo research the methods of Shugan GongduHuayu on middle-late primary liver cancer,reveals the clinical curative effect of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) method in the treatment of narrowing tumors diameter,prolonging the survival time,improve the quality of survival for future expansion,and lays the foundation for further.MethodsTo collect the general information,Living conditions,the four diagnostic methods,disease differentiation and Clinical laboratory of the HCC Patients who treatment with the methods of ShuganGongduHuayu strictly according to Inclusion and Exclusion criteria.Setting up the database,input and calibrate data with EpiData3.0.Correct errors by logical correction in order to ensure completion and accuration.Derived for the SPSS files where no mistakes after calibrate.Describe survival time with Life table method and the survival curves.To evaluate solid tumors criteria UICC sub licence subject to licence being granted.Using t-test analysis the measurement data and using chi-square analysis the counting material.ResultsAccording to the Inclusive criteria and exclusion standard strictly, Thirty-two patients were enrolled,30(75%) were male and 10(25%) were female, 10(25%) patients in phaseⅢstudy and 30(75%) cases in phaseⅣstudy.The overall response rate was 32.5%with 0 CR and 4Prs.Stable disease was observed in 22 patients(55%),and 14 patients(35%) had progressive disease.With the longest survival time were 1145 days and the shortest survival time was 29 days,The 1-,2- and 3- survival rates after treatment were 23.0%(9),12.5%(5) and5%(2),there are 7 people who living now.According to the analysis before and after the treatment with the quality of life in patients with liver cancer (QOL- Lc2.0 ),body function and mental function,symptoms,social function and total score were improve obviously,overall the P＜0.05.Graded before and after treatment according to the Child-Pugh Liver function grading,P =0.0123,Through the analysis of variance.can think different time points patients were statistically significant differences between the Child-Pugh Liver function grading score,compare Treatment with 4 weeks with before treatment,P=0.0001,had statistically significant,compare treatment with 8 weeks with before treatment,P=0.4120,no statistical significance,compare After the treatment of 8 weeks with after treatment 4 weeks,P=0.0058,had statistically significant after treatment,liver function hypohepatia visiblyConclusionThe method of ShuganGongduHuayu treatment is able to protect live and improve liver function,and prolong surial and improve the quality of survival of the patients with middle-late primary liver cancer.Gain the effect in recaperate body function,mental function,alleviate clinical symptoms and enhance social function.But,there no help in shrink tumor diameter.
