Objective：to observe the YuLiRen soup in promote oral hemorrhoids shit normallyexpelled,and pain relief,to reduce oedema,eliminate the anus and the effect of abulge.Methods：choose60patients who are accord with the diagnosis standard andseparate them into treatment group(30patients)and control group(30patients),the treatmentgroup of30cases of angelica YuLiRen soup to give oral,the latter had taken Macrogol4000powder for oral solution.Two groups of patients were first from the abnormaldefecate began after taking the drug on taking for7days.Observe the state of an illness ofpatients and write on the form in time every day.View and study them ache,anus weighingdown,and urinary dysfunction.Oberserve and assess the therapy result.Results：Clinicalstudies showed that, the treatment of7days treatment group total effectiveness90%, thecontrol group total effectiveness56.7%, the curative effect of treatment group was betterthan control (P <0.05).Conclusion： Angelica YuLiRen soup in the treatment ofpostoperative hemorrhoid defecate eduction is difficult, pain, swelling, and anus marginfell anus edema aspects have certain curative effect (P <0.05).
