Clinical Research On Acute Traumatic Arthromeningitis Treated With Shuangbai Poder Improvemented By Medico-purpose Trager Mastic Associated With Far-infrared Ceramic Materials

[Objective]:1,To observe the effect-on-trial on stickiness,cutaneous stimulation,sensibilization,abnormal flavour and contamination to clothing treated with Improvemented Shuangbai trager mastic;2,To observe the clinical curative effect on acute traumatic arthromeningitis treated with Improvemented Shuangbai trager mastic,and to search for the mechanisms on treatment of acute traumatic arthromeningitis。[Methods]:1,Effect-On-Trial:55 cases of externs in medical fitness were divided into two groups at random according to their registration orders,Improvemented Shuangbai trager mastic was given to the left knee as for the treatment group, and at the same time Shuangbai Ointment was given to the right knee as for the control group,and stickiness,cutaneous stimulation,sensibilization,abnormal flavour and contamination to clothing will be compared after Effect-On-Trial.2,Clinical Observation:50 cases with acute traumatic arthromeningitis were divided into two groups at random according to the selected standard.Improvemented Shuangbai trager mastic was given to the treatment group,while Shuangbai Ointment was to the control group,and the clinical curative effect on acute traumatic arthromeningitis will be compared after Clinical Observation。[Results]:Effect-On-Trial:55cases were selected and 51cases with 102 knees have complete information.And there was a very significant difference(P＜0.01) between the treatment group and the control group on stickiness observation,and the treatment group has an average time in defluxion of 9.56±2.02hour,but the control group has an 4.92±1.25;and there was no significant difference(P＞0.05) between these two groups on cutaneous stimulation;and in cutaneous stimulation scale which were divided into four grades:nonstimulation,gently stimulation,midrange stimulation and severe stimulation,the treatment group scores from 64%,36%,0%to 0%,and the control group scores from 24%,44%,16%to 0%;but there was no sensibilization appears in both two groups on these observation;and there was no significant difference (P＞0.05) between these two groups on contamination to clothing,and in contamination to clothing scale which divided into four grades:noncontamination,gently contamination,midrange contamination and severe contamination,the treatment group scores from 72%,16%,8%to 4%, and the control group scores from 12%,32%,28%to 32%;and there was no significant difference(P＞0.05) between these two groups on abnormal flavour;and in abnormal flavour scale which divided into four grades:non abnormal flavour,gently abnormal flavour,midrange abnormal flavour and severe abnormal flavour,the treatment group scores from 16%,44%,32%to 8%,and the control group scores from 12%,28%,28%to 36%.Clinical Observation:The efficacy of the control group(the Shuangbai Ointment group) has statistically signifcant(P＜0.05) in these four aspects below:pain relieving,detumescence,hypo-cyan-ecchymosis relieving and total scores.The efficacy of the treatment group(the Improvemented Shuangbai trager mastic group) has statistically signifcant(P＜0.05) in these five aspects below:pain relieving,compressed-pain relieving,detumescence,hypo-cyan-ecchymosis relieving and total scores.And after the treatment the two groups have statistically signifcant(P＜0.05) in these three aspects below:pain relieving,detumescence and total scores.And in the comparison of decreasing pykno-integration,the treatment group has a largest degression from 20%～30%,but the control group has a 0～10%;and the treatment group has a degression mean of 23%±10%,the control group has a 13%±8%;[Conclusion]:Effect-On-Trial;Improvemented Shuangbai trager mastic surpasses Shuangbai Ointment in three aspects:stickiness,cutaneous stimulation and contamination to clothing,but there was no sensibilization appears in both two groups;Clinical Observation:both of Improvemented Shuangbai trager mastic and Shuangbai Ointment have signifcant effect on Acute Traumatic Arthromeningitis.But on therapeutic effect about pain,detumescence and total scores,Improvemented Shuangbai trager mastic surpasses Shuangbai Ointment, and symptomatic relief,too.Based on these findigs,Improvemented Shuangbai trager mastic has signifcant and safe effect on treating Acute Traumatic Arthromeningitis.
