A Clinical Research Of Xingnaojing Injection After Stereotactic Operation In The Treatment Of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xingnaojing Injection after Stereotactic operation on the patients of Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the acute stage.Methods:Randomized controlled trial:From June,2008 to May,2009 take 46 cases of Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients in the neurosurgery department of Zhong Shang Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine through the postulatesed standard,through random method divide them into a treatment group(n=24)and a control group(n= 22).Both two groups of patients had been in the treatment of stereotactic operation in 4-24 hours.After combined treatment of conventional Western medicine,the treatment group use Xingnaojing Injection add to the treatment above with once daily for 14d.Through the patients s recovery time,Glasgow Coma Scale score(GCS),evaluation of activities of daily living index (Barthel),and evaluate the curative effect.Through testament there is no significant difference between the two group of patients before treatment in general condition,GCS and Barthel inspection,etc.Assess their clinical efficacy after the statistical analysis of the results compared.Results:After treatment for 14 days,the treatment group patients improved significantly,to improve the overall state of consciousness 87.5%efficient, a clear rate of 62.5%,with an average time of(5.07±1.30)days,the control group to improve the overall state of consciousness 86.4%efficient,a clear rate of 59.1%,with the time of(7.38±1.53)days.14d after treatment, patients with a clear time sober compared with the control group were significantly different,suggesting that patients with the treatment group to promote the role of postoperative recovery time is better than the control group.To treatment group,the GCS rise from(9.00±0.72)up to(13.00±1.15)points,Barthel rise from(13.04±4.23)up to(43.96±10.91)points, while GCS from the control group rise from(8.59±0.64)up to(12.27±1.24)points,Barthel rise from(9.41±4.23)up to(31.86±10.66)points. The both two groups before and after treatment comparison of these ratings were significantly different(p＜0.01),go to show that the both two groups may improve the treatment of patients.After treatment,GCS score,and Barthel score of the treatment group after treatment with the control group showed no significant difference(p＞0.05),suggesting that through a short-term treatment,the treament group patients s state of consciousness and ability to the role of life compared with the control group's show no difference.Conclusion:The combination of Xingnaojing Injection and Stereotactic operation surgery and Western medicine in contrast to Stereotactic operation and Western medicine alone in patients with treatment can shorten the recovery time.Because of the minor specimen and shortage of long-term observation, further research is needed to do.
