At present, the logistics generally was referred to as the"the final borders of cost reducing".it was the third source of profits after raw material lower consumption and labor productivity raising. with economic globalization and information technology progress speed up, logistics industry which has broad prospect and a value-added service industry has a rapid development and set off a "modern logistics revolution." Modern logistics industry as an advanced organization and management skills have many advantage on logistics operation ,such as optimizing the allocation of resources, adjusting the economic structure, improve the investment environment, improve the economic operation quality and efficiency.This process make a great change on economic system and economics development methods.The rapid development of logistics industry and severity competition of logistics industry,it has a hige demand on human resource's quantity and quality."Logistics professionals" become very "hot" in recent years.In the pursuit of mass media,"Logistics professionals"become one of the most scarcity career .Its wage is high and demand is large .These make logistics personnel a golden profession . With logistics industry's development ,the demand of logistics profession will become more and more. However, the status quo of logistics professionals are not optimistic: First of all, the total quantity is lack, especially on top-level logistics management personnel; Second, logistics personnel is not in high professional level, it can not meet the business-to-logistics demand; again, our logistics system is not perfect in training, logistics personnel train uneven. Logistics personnel have these problems seriously which restricted the development of our logistics industry so it has become an urgent need to resolve the current problems.In the era of knowledge economy, "human resources are the primary resources." "Person" has become an important factor in China's future development. As an Potential development logistics industry, logistics personnel is one of the most important factors for logistics industry's rapid development. Therefore the establishment of logistics talent development strategy for the future is development of human resources with guidance, direction, while the scientific integrity of the development of a talent development strategy is particularly important.This paper use the combination methods, the methods are theoretical and empirical research and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis which used to do forecasting for enterprise logistics talents and researches on human resources development strategy. First of all, the paper expand the basic theory on manpower forecasting and manpower development, the prediction method, it defines the meaning of human resource development and the fundament theories of human resource development . Secondly, the paper defines the connotation of logistics talents .On the basis of connotation the paper carry out the analysis on the current status of China's logistics talents from demand and supply facet . From the overall situation, China's demand for logistics talents keep stable growth, the demand for high-level logistics talents is in persisting increasing , composite demand has gradually become the dominant enterprise needs; but the training system of logistics still need to further improve , and need to increase the strength and large-scale for training. Thirdly, the paper use the gray prediction modelto forecast for the future needs of the logistics, combined with the historical data on demand of enterprise logistics. The paper establish a predictive equation and analyze the predict results.From the results, China's future enterprise logistics talents demand will remain stable growth. Again, this paper conduct a status analysis of human resources development, China's development of logistics human resources is imperfect on system, re-theory, light practice, based inculcate education. For existing problems, the application of swot analysis, an analysis strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of logistics human resources development for the logistics and lay a theoretical basis for logistics human resources development. Finally, in the basis of demand forecast and human resource development, sum the strategy of the implementation of logistics human resource development, the following aspects should be intensified to implement the development of logistics human resources: to seek the government's macro support and increase train efforts; the establishment of comprehensive multi-level training system in schools; enhance staff the job training;to take "in-house lecturers system" training methods, with knowledge and experience sharing and team grow together; build a reserve echelon personnel to prepare for emergency use; the establishment of virtual human resource development.
