Hospital logistics services is a division meticulous, professional and complex work,so human resource planning is particularly important.In this paper, on basis of a wide range of data collection for research and a large number of reading on the relevant information, first of all, thorough analysis on the background, present situation and characteristics of NO.211hospital logistic services project. Then, forecasting the human resource demand with the method of analogy analysis, ratio analysis and post analysis. The next, forecasting the human resource supply with the means of personnel replacement model, data access and field survey. On the balance analysis of human resource supply and demand forecast, pointing out some specific Adjustment measures when imbalance.
