OBJECTIVE To observe the effect to the apoptosis of lung tissue of mice which Suffered under the oxidized hair dyes,and the Pathological changes of emphysema in mice lung,Preliminary Study the effect and mechanism of mice emphysema whice suffered the oxidized hair dyes.METHED 40 C57 mice were randomly divided into two groups:The normal control group and the experimental group which haired the DI-WANG oxidize hair dyes twice a week.,a total of 16.At the same time,the control group deal with the physiological saline;Put all the mice to death after 2 months and take out the lung tissue to make it into pathological section.After Immunohistochemistry with the methed of tunel,we can observe the degree of apoptosis and some signs about emphysema.The Statistics is T-test in the Differences of apoptosis index and MAN NS.There is Statistical difference when P<0.05.RESULT The experimental group Appear sparse hair,weight loss,there are 14 mice represent the signs of emphysema in experimental group,but only 1 has the same sign in control group,in experimental group,the mean alveolar number(MAN)is170.1±15 every view of 40 times.and the NS is 48.6±11,Significantly lower than control group whice are 255.9±23 and 65.6±20.The apopsis in experimental group is 39±9%,among them,the apopstosis of the lung stromal cells is 32±11%,and the bronchioles epithelial cells is 45±12%.Only 17±6%in control group,there are 8±4%and 24±12%in the lung stromal cells and the bronchioles epithelial cells Respectively.The Difference is very Significant. CONCLUSION Use the oxidized hair dyes can cause the emphysema of mice Lung tissue.The oxidized hair dyes lead to the emphysema of mice probabily by the way of apoptosis...
