Objective: To investigate presentation of hTERc gene and human papilloma virus infection with cervical carcinoma. Methods: using the TERc/csp3DNA probe which product from the Jin Pu Jia firm to detect the HPV DNA of cervix tissue by using flow-through hybridization and gene chip technology, from 50 cases of Uyghur and Han women with cervical cancer . Results: (1) the ratio of hTERc gene from the cervix tissue of Uyghur and Han was 72%, the ratio of hTERc gene have no significant difference between two nations (2) The total positive rate of HPV from 50 cases of Uyghur and Han with cervical cancer was 92% .The main subtype is HPV16 between Xinjiang Uyghur and Han women with cervical carcinoma. The positive rate was 82%. Conclusions: The HPV infection and hTERC gene has main relationships to development of cervical carcinoma.
