The Rapeutical Effect Of Active Aloe Film For Traumatic Oral Ulcer And Investigation Of Acute Toxicity Test

Objective:To observe the therapeutical effect of active aloe film for traumatic oral ulcer in rat and the local irritation of mucosa.Methods:①Prepared the active aloe film with altus,mesne and low doses.②Set up a model of traumatic oral ulcer mucosa in rat.The rats were randomly group by model group,mirabilitum praeparatum group,active aloe film groups with altus,mesne and low doses,survey the condition of oral Ulcer agglutination after film.③Dosage at the bulbar conjunctive in rabbit,observe the irritation of mucosa by film.Results:The effect of ulcer area diminution with active aloe film groups with altus,mesne and low doses,were better than model group (p＜0.01),especially the therapeutic efficacy with mesne doses were obviously better than altus doses and mirabilitum praeparatum group.The rabbit eye' s irritation experiment showed three kind of doses film all had no irritation of mucosa.Conclusion:Active aloe film had conspicuous therapeutical effect for traumatic oral ulcer of rat and without irritation of mucosa,moreover have perspective of application.
