| Objective:The clinical outcome of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (CITP) and the study of interleykin-4 expression in serum treated by Dijinmiangen formula,and the change regularity of interleykin-4 was investigated with Dijinmiangen formula treated on CITP. Methods:60 patients with CITP were divied into 2 group,adopting randomized,single blinded and controlled principle.The treated group treated with Dijinmiangen formula and the control group treated with Weixuening dissolved medicines.The change of clinical symptom,platelet, the levels of PAIgG and interleykin-4 levels between the 2 group were observed before and after treatment. Results:â‘ The total effective rate of the treatment group reaches 86.7%, while that of the control group reaches 60.0%, which shows significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.05).â‘¡The blood platelets count in both groups increases with significantly difference after treatment(P<0.01); the increasing effect of treatment group exceeds that of control group(P<0.05);â‘¢Both groups can decrease the level of PAIgG effectively(P<0.05); the decreasing effect of treatment group exceeds that of control group(P<0.05);â‘£The serum interleykin-4 levels of CITP patient was ascend than that of the mormal,which was decreased through treated,but there were no difference between the 2 groups(P>0.05). Conclusions:â‘ The total effective rate of Dijinmiangen formula on CITP,is superior to that of Weixuening dissolved medicines;â‘¡The effect of the Dijinmiangen formula was better than the Weixuening dissolved medicines in clinical symptoms inproving,platelet elevated, decrease the level of PAIgG effectively;â‘¢Dijinmiangen formula have an inmitate in interleykin-4 levels in serum of CITP patients,interleykin-4 play an important role in pathogenesis and clinical of CITP patients. |
