The Influence On Promoting Ovulation Of Kidney-deficiency LUFS And VEGF In Follicular Fluid With The Acupuncture And Ultrashort Wavesphysical Therapy

Objective:To observe the influence on promoting ovulation of kidney- deficiency LUFS and VEGF in follicular fluid with the acupuncture and ultrashort wavesphysical therapy,investigate the mechanism.Methods:1.Eighty patients of LUFS were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases(109 cycles)in the tested group and 40 cases(115 cycles) in the controlled group.Observe the amelioration of clinical symptoms and signs after treatment,the blood flow parameters of follicularis membrane(PI,RI),the genital hormone levels and ovulation of follicles,compare the periodic ovulation rate.2.Compare the promoting ovulation comprehensive therapeutic effect,pregnancy rate,periodic pregnancy rate of 32 cases between the tested group patients and the controlled group patients who did not accept follicle puncture technique.3.Compare the difference of VEGF level in follicular fluid of 8 cases between the tested group patients and the controlled group who acceptted follicle puncture technique,and observe the relationship of VEGF level in follicular fluid and the blood flow parameters of follicularis membrane(RI).Results:1.The symptoms and signs of the tested group had been significantly improved after treatment, there was remarkable difference between the two groups(40 cases)(P＜0.05);2.The genital hormone levels and the blood flow parameters of follicularis membrane(PI,RI) had been greatly improved more obviously than the controlled group(40 cases)(P＜0.01);3.The periodic ovulation rate were significantly higher in the tested group(40 cases) than the controlled group(40 cases)(P＜0.01);4.The pregnancy rate,periodic pregnancy rate of 32 cases who did not accept follicle puncture technique were significantly higher in the tested group than the controlled group(P＜0.01);5.The averge of VEGF level in follicular fluid of 8 cases in the tested group who accept-ted follicle puncture technique was higher than the controlled group,but there was no statistical significance(P＞0.05);6.Significant negative correlation between VEGF level in follicular fluid and the blood flow parameters of follicularis membrane(RI).Conclusion:The acupuncture and ultrashort waves have preferable efficacy on LUFS of asthenia of kidney,the effective mechanism may be due to improve the modulation in endocrine levels,regulate ovarian paracrine/autocrine to produce VEGF,regulate the surrounding of follicular vascular network to improve the blood flow parameters of follicularis membrane by VEGF.
