| Objective:To elucidate the effects of ultrashort waves on the in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) cycles by detecting cytokines level in follicular fluid and peritoneal fluid of patients. Methods:Two hundreds and seven infertility patients of simple pelvic adhesion, pelvic endometriosis and tuberculosis were classified into two groups based on whether physiotherapy of ultrashort waves was administrated or not. Detecting the concentration of tumour necrosis factor a and interleukin-1 β in peritoneal fluid and follicular fluid in physical therapy section and nonphysical therapy section;Analyzing gonadal hormone E2 in blood serum and the thickness of the endometrium in physical therapy section and nonphysical therapy section.Results:(1) In both groups there were no differences of the number of follicle recruitment , the dosage of GnRH-a and Gn. In physical therapy section, E2 on the day of hCG administrationwas higher than that of nonphysical therapy section and it had statistical significance (P<0.05);The thickness of the endometrium on ET day had significant difference.(2) TNFa in follicular fluid had negative correlation with E2 (r=-0.27,P=0.041);IL-1 0 had no correlation with E2.(3) In physical therapy section, TNFa and IL~1 £ level in peritoneal fluid were lower than those of nonphysical therapy section (P<0. 05).(4) In physical therapy section, TNFa and IL-1 £ levels of follicular fluid were higher than those of peritoneal fluid(P<0.05).Cone I us i ons:Through regulating express of the cytokines, treatment with physiotherapy of ultrashort waves can promote the level of E2 in blood serum and improve plant environment of endometrium, which can get a good termination. |
