The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Female Infertility With Positive Serum AsAb By Reinforcing Kidney And Eliminating Blood Stasis

Background:20%married women has infertility.The immunity infertility has 10-30%in the infertility around,the AsAb is most familiar reason in immunity infertility.AsAb is the antibody which produced by body to combine with antigen of sperm surface.The AsAb can effect fertilization by inhibiting sperm passing through cervical mucus,disturbing sperm capacitation and acrosome reaction,and killing sperm.The western medicine mainly regards hormone treatment as principle,but it has its limit because of the side effect.Although the Chinese medicine dosen't have the name of AsAb,the Chinese medicine therapy on AsAb really has certain curative effect.More and more TCM scholars pay attention to explore etiology and pathogenesis in tern of AsAb,and extending to explore etiology and pathogenesis in tom of reproductive immunization.The Chinese medicine therapy on reproductive immunization has broad prospects.Objective:Objective To explore clinical curative effect of treating female infertility with positive serum antisperm antibody by reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis,and discuss its mechanisms.Methods:60 cases coming from the Zhangzhou TCM Hospital were selected as the research subjects,they were all diagnosed as chronic female infertility with positive serum AsAb disease.60 The cases were divided into two groups randomly,the 30 cases were served asobserve group treated by" bushenquyufang",the other 30 cases were served as contrast group treated by" prednisone".The one course of treatment of both two groups were 2 months, the quant of course of treatment was less than 3.To observe the therapeutic effects,including the improvement of syndrome of asthenia of kidneyand blood stasis,the cure rate of course and the influence to the AsAb.Results:1.The The total curative effects of the" bushenquyufang "and the" prednisone "have obvious disparity(P＜0.05).2.The markes of syndrome of asthenia of kidney and blood stasis have obvious disparity(P＜0.05).3.The IgM,IgG,IgA have disparity(P＜0.1),before and after treating in two groups.The IgM,IgG,IgA have disparity(P＜0.1),after treating in two groups. 4.The negative proportion of course of treatment have obvious disparity(P＜0.05).Conclusions:1.Both" bushenquyufang"and "prednisone"can cure AsAb,there was difference between two groups.2.The cure rate of course and improving patients' clinical symptom of the" bushenquyufang "are better than the" prednisone ".3.The Reinforcing kidney and eliminating blood stasis can improve patients' clinical symptom obviously and has no obvious side effects discovered in the treatment,at the same time,it can enhance pregnant.4.The generation of AsAb probably relates to abortion and reproductive tract infection(especially UU).
