| Objective:To study value of the esophagus associated with stomach gastric lavage in AOPP.Materials and Methods:twenty rabbits were fed with Rogor after observe symptom of those poisoned rabbits(psychosis,sputum,pupil chang) and register the time of symptom appear. After those rabbits were allocated into two groups at randomly. .ten rabbits is experimental group,the other ten rabbits is comparing group. Experimental group with esophagus associated with stomach gastric lavage. .Comparing group with common gastric lavage. Afte1hour analyse the blood serum enzyme and 24 hours measure the content of rogor in rabbits'blood serum. execute rabbit after observed liver changed in microscope.Results:the content of rogor in the experimental group rabbits'blood less than that of the comparing group`s (2.32±0.53 ng/ml V 4.9635±2.27 ng/ml, p<0.05);and the experimental group`sCHE(0.50±0.53 KU/L V0.10±0.32KU/L,P > 0.05) ; CK is obviously different( ( 1858.10±774.01 U/L V2876.50±1231.47U/L,p<0.05). and experimental`s GOT﹑LDH﹑a-HBDH comprais to group`s;(39.10±46.70 U/L V39.90±17.10U/L﹑280.70±240.19 U/L V373.50±277.38U/L﹑222.80±71.50 U/L V392.50±379.90U/L)are not obviously different(p>0.05).two sets rabbit's liver are damaged,but comparing group's seriouser than experimental group's Conclusion:the new gastric lavage method is better than the common gastric lavage method. |
