Study Of Cluster Needling Of Scalp Point Therapy Combined With Rehabilitation On Clinical Effect And IL-6, TGF-β₁ Of Patients With Acutecerebral Infarction

Objecive: To explore the affection of cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation training in acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods: 102 acute cerebral infarction patients were adopted, who were randomly devided into cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation training group, cluster needle of scalp point group and medicine control group. Fugl-Meyer, ADL, Nerve function and content of IL-6 , TGF-β1 in patients' blood serum were used.Result: 1.Content of IL-6, TGF-β1 in patients blood serum: cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation training group were more superior than cluster needle of scalp point group and medicine control group(P<0.05). 2.Assessment of Fugl-Meyer: cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation training group were more superior than cluster needle of scalp point group and medicine control group (P<0.05) .3.Assessment of ADL: cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation training group were more superior than cluster needle of scalp point group and medicine control group (P<0.05) . 4.Nerve function: cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation training group were more superior than cluster needle of scalp point group and medicine control group (P<0.05) .Conclution: The treatment of cluster needle of scalp point with rehabilitation training possess superiorities of sciece, practicability and advance.It should be used on clinical work.
