The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion With Three-Dimensional Traction And Sacral Canal Injection

[Objective]To investigate the effect of three-dimensional traction asociated with sacral canal injection to treat the lumbar disc protrusion.[Methods]We choosed the 60 LIDP,20 to 60 years old,divided into two groups in random:treatment group and control group.In treatment group 30 patients with LIDP were treated with three-dimensional traction combined with sacral canal injection.In control group the other 30patients with LIDP were treated with three-dimensional traction combined with intravenous injection with mannitol and dexamethasone.The curative effect and the grades of pain of two groups were evaluated at the end of 17 days.[Results](1)Curative effect:when 17th day the total effective rate in treatment group was 93.33%and 73.33%in control group.The effect was good in two groups and treatment group better than control group remarkbly(P＜0.05). (2)The grades of JOA and VAS:when 17th day the grades of all patients improved remarkbly(P＜0.05)and treatment group better than control group remarkbly(P＜0.05).[Conclusion]The patients' symptom could be improved obviously with three-dimensional traction combined with sacral canal injection,and the curative effect was better than three-dimensional traction combined with intravenous injection with mannitol and dexamethasone.
