| Objective: (1) Through the investigation to the maternal and children health(MCH)care network and their current status of working in Nan'an District, Chong qing, the objective is to understand and master the allocation of MCH care system resources and the main services provided by MCH care network, know the difficulties and problems of their working , properly allocate the resources, standard the management of working staff, improve the quality of their services ,and take measures to promote the development of MCH care work.(2) Investigating and analyzing the basic knowledge of maternal and children health care of residents in city and countryside in Chong qing , finding the influent factors ,and based on the results ,some measures should be taken to improve the health promotion of MCH care institutes.(3) Evaluating maternal and children health condition of Nan'an,among all 10 main districts of Chong qing , we can provide evidence to improve the task of MCH care work.Methords: (1) Institutes were extracted by cluster samping Method,including MCH institute of Nan'an ,23 secondary institutions and 67 village clinics, using questionnaire survey . We interviewed .some workers of MCH care as well.(2) We use the questionnaires of the basic knowledge of maternal and children health care to investigate 571 citizens and 220 residents of rural area.(3) RSR were used to evaluate the MCH condition of Nan'an. For the part of Quantitative measure, data were recorded in the EPIDATA 3.1, and all statistical analysis was relied on SAS 8.2, on the other hand, sound recording materials were converted into written style f or the qualitative analysis part,.Results: (1) MCH institute of Nan'an is lack of high-level talent. Part-time MCH care staffs makes large proportion in secondary institutions. The education levels of personal in secondary institutions are mainly in high and middle- profession-school level which is 76.12% of the total. The primary title of them is 50.0%.Village clinics where is no professional MCH care workers is 91.9%. (2) MCH institute of Nan'an is lack of room. The distribution of instrument and equipment on MCH care in secondary institutions is unfair. There is no basic equipment in many township hospitals. The equipment in village clinics is much worse. (3) The services provided by secondary institutions are mainly focus on postpartum visit and children's 4-2-1 physical exam which is the basic item of the MCH care and their management of message is weak. Village clinic only do a limit job, and their work on MCH care is even worse.(4) The passing rate on the basic knowledge of MCH care is 50.1% in city while 11.8% in rural area. Through Logistic regression analysis, sex, qualification, per-capita household income and dwelling place affect the scores. (5) Nan'an's MCH level is the third of all the 10 main districts of Chong qing.Conclusions:(1) The MCH care network of Nan'an has been built primary, but there are leaks in village clinics. We should strengthen the root of the net to play its role.(2) Professional workers are inadequate and their personal quality is low, so we must realize the importance of the talent, bring in talent and strength the training to improve their qualities.(3) The fund on MCH care which provide by the government is inadequate, the equipment is worse.(4) Enhancing the services of maternal and children health care, strengthening the ordinary items according to the character of the institutes on each level and widening the way of service.(5) People of city and rural area's knowledge on maternal and children health care is still bad, we ought to do some research on the way of health promotion , take measures to transmit the knowledge.(6) Maternal and children health condition of Nan'an is comparatively good in Chong qing, however, there is a long way to catch up with the advanced area such as china's coastal region,so we should keep promoting community maternal and children health service to improve the MCH work of Nan'an. |
