The Research Of Appraisal System On The Quality Of Modern Nursing Technology Service

Purpose:Though the affect of modern view of health,medical model,nursing's opinion and the requirement of the quality of nursing service by modern view of management quality.We can use the system theory to research the modern appraisal system of the contents of nursing service quality.Methods:The patients and nurses were selected randomly in the five hospitals in XinJiang.Then we can combined theory research with practiced research , and understand the quality of nursing easily.Meanwhile,observation method,open interview method and close questionnaire were used.The data were compared and analyzed by SPSS11.5.Results:1,Theory research1)contents of appraisal:The modern appraisal system of nursing service quality should concluded physiology,psychology and society adapting,and may reflected the schedule of nursing work.Moreover,it may satisfied patient's need.2)objects of appraisal:According to sound quality management and requirement of ISO9000,modern appraisal system of nursing service quality may reflect trait of participating,pay more attention to appraisal by nurses themselves.Then it can play an essential role in quality management.3)methods of appraisal:In the guiding of system theory,we want to establish three grade appraisal system,which conclude basic quality,process quality and project quality.Then one-sidedness can avoided greatly.Satisfied level concludes two parts,one part is patient and another is nurse.Because subject appraisal can be easily affected by special technology and psychology,three grade appraisal system is wise choice.2,Practiced research1)satisfied survey:â‘ Different patients and nurses may have different scores of satisfied extent(P<0.01).Meanwhile,patients and nurses have few scores in unit management of environment,protecting patient's right,directing of health to patients and nursing of psychology.â‘¡Different level of cultural,vocation and times of being hospitalized may have different score of satisfied exten(tP<0.05).â‘¢Nurses who belong to different hospital and have different years of nursing may have different scores of satisfied extent(P<0.05).â‘£different hospitals,time,advancing education may have different scores of satisfied extent(P<0.05).2)expert appraisal:nurses have few scores in aspect of human society.When doing four tests for patient and giving patient oxygen,nurses who belong to different hospital and have different years of nursing may have different scores of satisfied extent(P<0.01).Conclusion:we establish the new contents of nursing quality appraisal and methods system,in order to reduce the gap between our country and nationwide in conception,contents,methods of the modern appraisal system of the contents of nursing service quality,which can be beneficial to our society greatly.It can improve the quality of nursing groups and nursing technology service.
