| Objective: To explore the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and chronic urticaria.Methods: To collect the articles on case-control studies about the relation between Helicobacter pylori infection and chronic urticaria by literature search method according to the selection criteria. The pooled odds ratio(OR) and its corresponding 95% confidence interval (95%CI) were calculated by Meta-analysis.Results: 19 articles were selected, included chronic urticaria sufferer 969 instances, normal control 313 instances.The result showed that the Helicobacter pylori infection rate in the chronic urticaria sufferers is super than the normal control, the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion: Available finding manifests, chronic urticaria is concerned with Helicobacter pylori infection. |
