Clinical Study Of Sequential Therapy On Treating Chronic Urticaria Associated With Helicobacter Pylori Infection With Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective :using Sequential therapy to treat chronic urticaria associated with Helicobacter pylori infection with Chinese and Western medicine and observing its clinic effects,adverse reaction,recurrence rate, negative rate of Hp and the changes of serum IL-4、IFN- γ before and after treatment and exploring the relevance between chronic urticaria and Hp.Methods :55 patients who suffer chronic urticaria associated with Helicobacter pylori infection are divided into 3 groups randomly named Group A,B,and C.Group A consists of 18 cases, Group B 18 cases and Group C 19 cases. There were no significant differences in gender, age and course of disease among the three groups(p>0.05).Patients of Group A are treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablet,Group B adds Anti Hp quadruple drug for 2 weeks on the basis of Group A, Group C adds traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of Group B. Three groups are treated for 8weeks and referral once every 2 weeks,observing and record the changes in skin lesions and pruritus and adverse reaction of the patients before treatment and after treatment2,4,6,8 weeks. 5ml of blood samplings are conducted respectively before and after treatment.Results :(1)The scores of skin lesions and pruritus respectively are not statistically significant among three groups of patients before treatment(p>0.05),but they are statistically significant after treatment 2,4,6,8 weeks(p < 0.05).(2) The curative effect are significant among three groups of patients after treatment 2,4,6,8 weeks(p <0.05),and Group C>Group B>Group A.(3) The adverse reaction and recurrence rate are not statistically significant among three groups(p>0.05).(4) The changes of serum IL-4、IFN- γ:There are no statistically significant among three groups of patients before treatment before and after treatment( p > 0.05);There are statistically significant compared to Health Group before and after treatment(p<0.05); There are statistically significant compared to themselves respectively after treatment(p<0.05).(5)The negative rate of Hp between Group B and C is not statistically significant after treatment(p>0.05).Conclusion : There is obvious curative effect to treat chronic urticaria associated with Helicobacter pylori infection with Chinese and Western medicine. Anti Hp quadruple drug and Banxia xiexin Decoction in combination with anti allergic drugs can effectively improve the symptoms of patients.
