The score of the nurses with a bachelor degree was higher than that with an educational background of specialized middle school or junior college (P<0.05). However there was no difference between the latter two groups. The score of the nurses who had some qualification was higher than those of the other groups without any qualification (P<0.05).③As to the psycho-control ability, the score of the newly-graduated nurses was lower than those of the other groups (P<0.05) and there was no difference among the other groups. Meanwhile no difference resulted from different educational background and qualification.④As to the adaptability, the score of the newly-graduated nurses was lower than that of the nurses who took a job for 4-5 years (P<0.05), and the score of the nurses who took a job for 1 year was lower than that for 5 or 6 years (P<0.05). There was no difference among the other groups. There was no difference in the adaptability of the nurses with different educational background and qualification.⑤As to the clinical working ability, the scores of the newly-graduated nurses and the nurses who took a job for 1-4 years were lower than that for 6years (P<0.05). The scores of the graduating-newly nurses and the nurses who took a job for 1 year were lower than that for 5 years (P<0.05). There was no difference among the other groups and there was no difference in the clinical working ability of the nurses with different educational background and qualification.4 The outcome of the research on the comprehensive ability of the newly-graduated nurses received with emotional quotation training was showed as following: twenty-four nurses were divided into the study group and 21 into the control group. Forty-five questionnaires were completed and all returned with a validity rate of 100%.①There was no difference in the total score of the two groups and among the different aspects.②There was no difference in the total score and the score related to the professional value, interpersonal communication ability, clinical working ability and the ability of self-development in the two groups after emotional quotation training.③The scores related to the spirit of group cooperation, the psycho-control ability and adaptability of the study group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1 The comprehensive ability of the young nurses with different working year is different. Comparatively the comprehensive ability of the newly-graduated nurses is poorer mainly resulting from the disadvantage of the interpersonal communication ability, psycho-control ability and adaptablity.2 The comprehensive ability of the young nurses with different educational background is different. The comprehensive ablity of the nurses with a bachelor degree is better than that with an educational background of junior college because of the advantage of their interpersonal communication ability.3 The interpersonal communication ability of the young nurses with different qualification is different. The interpersonal communication ability of the young nurses with some qualification is better than that of the nurses without it, which indicating that involvement in the organization, cooperation or attending in some social activity can improve their interpersonal communication ability.4 Emotional quotation training can improve the spirit of group cooperation, psycho-control ability and adaptability. It is suggested that emotional quotation training for newly-graduated nurses on the base of the traditional training mode can improve the spirit of group cooperation and psycho-control ability, which results in a better working situation and shorten of adaptation period.5 Emotional quotation training for young nurses does not have an influence on their comprehensive ability, professional value, interpersonal communication ability, ability of self-development and clinical working ability. Emotional quotation training only stand for a part of the optimization for nurses'emotion training and can not get out of training for their professional knowledge and nursing skills, which showing that combination of emotional quotation training and professional training can reach a better result. |
